Renato Založnik

Renato Založnik, President of the Management Board

The President of the Board, Renato Založnik, holds a master's degree in Business Sciences. During his 27-year business career, he participated in numerous domestic and international projects, both in the economy and in the financial sector. He has been working in the field of banking and payment systems for more than 20 years, including 16 years at Delavska hranilnica, in various management positions. After obtaining permission from the Bank of Slovenia, he assumed the position of Member of the Board in March 2017. Since November 2017 he has been appointed by the Supervisory Board for the second time as President of the Board for a five-year term.

Jasna Mesić

Jasna Mesić, Member of the Management Board

Member of the Management Board Jasna Mesić is a graduate economist with over 30 years of work experience. She has worked practically all her career in banking, starting in 1989 at the National Bank of Slovenia. In 2004 she was awarded the title of Certified Accountant by the Slovenian Institute of Audit. She joined Delavska hranilnica as a member of the Management Board in 2010, and in November 2022 she entered her third five-year term.
